• Supports HO’s to bolster their safeguarding activity providing secure routes of reporting through to those people and agencies who are able make appropriate interventions.• Provides evidence to HO’s of tenants who are damaging property’s or not acting in line with tenancy terms• Provides effective reporting of fire hazards in communal areas or fire compartmentation breaches to support HO’s to maintain statutory compliant assets.
